Mann Accounting Services Ltd was established in 2025 with a clear
mission: to provide UK small businesses with specialist bookkeeping
and accountancy support from someone who genuinely cares about their
numbers. We are a modern, cloud-based, and completely paperless
practice — built around the way small businesses actually operate.
About the Founder: Agnieszka Mann
Agnes has been in the accounting industry since 2008 — 17+ years, starting with a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of West London. That foundation grew into more than 10 years of corporate finance experience, including Financial Controller roles across multiple industries
What makes Agnes different is that she’s sat inside the finance function of much larger companies — not just balanced the books from the outside. She knows what a £10m business’s finance team actually does, and brings that same standard of oversight to businesses a fraction of that size.
That means real management accounts, cash flow visibility, and financial insight — not just a tidy spreadsheet at year end. If your business turns over £100k to £2m, you’re exactly who this was built for: big enough to need financial controller-level thinking, not yet big enough to justify hiring one full-time. Already have someone handling day-to-day bookkeeping in-house? Even better — this sits on top of that, not in place of it.
MAS Ltd was founded as a deliberate decision to build something of her own, on her own terms, for the clients she understands best.
